Keynote by Adrian Perrig at IEEE 2025
IEEE INFOCOM is a top-ranked conference on networking in the research community. It is a major conference venue for researchers to present and exchange significant and innovative contributions and ideas in the field of networking and closely related areas. IEEE INFOCOM covers both theoretical and systems research. For INFOCOM 2025, the conference includes a main technical program, a number of workshops, a keynote speech, panels, a student poster session, and demo/poster sessions.

Building a Global Inter-Domain Fabric with SCION: Exploring Path-Aware Networking for High-Availability Communication
Prof. Dr. Adrian Perrig is part of the Department of Computer Science at ETH Zurich, where he leads the Network Security Group. From 2002 to 2012, he was a Professor of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, where he also co-directed Carnegie Mellon’s CyLab from 2007 to 2012. Perrig’s research focuses on building secure systems — his group is particularly dedicated to the development of the SCION secure Internet architecture.
